Booking and Sessions
- Sessions booked through cal.com are confirmed upon payment (where applicable)
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
- No-shows are not refunded
- We reserve the right to cancel with 24 hours notice; a full refund or reschedule will be offered
Project Engagements
All project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed to in writing before work begins. These terms apply to general site use and booking; the SOW governs engagement specifics.
Contributor Program
Contributing is voluntary and governed by a contributor onboarding agreement provided upon acceptance. Contributors retain ownership of their contributions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
- Paid sessions: pay at time of booking via cal.com
- Fixed-rate packages: 50% deposit before work begins, balance due on delivery
- Retainer: due on the 1st of each month
- All invoices due within 10 business days
- Late payments: 1.5% per month
- All fees in USD
Intellectual Property
- All site content is owned by Elizaga Technology unless stated otherwise
- Work product from paid engagements: ownership transfers upon receipt of final payment (unless SOW specifies otherwise)
- Open source projects are governed by their respective licenses
Limitation of Liability
Services and advice are provided in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made based on session advice, indirect or consequential damages, or issues caused by third-party tools we recommend. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misrepresent yourself in bookings or applications
- Do not use deliverables to cause harm
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell our work without permission
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
