Elizaga Technology is a technology and AI advisory practice based in Guam.
What We Collect
When You Book a Call
Name and email address (via cal.com). Any information you provide in the booking form. Cal.com handles payment processing — we do not store card details.
When You Submit the Contributor Application
Name, email, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio links. Self-reported skills, availability, and project interest.
Automatically Collected
Basic analytics: page views, referrer, general location (country/region). We use privacy-respecting analytics — no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels. No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment information directly (handled by cal.com / Stripe)
- We do not run ad tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing
- We do not use your data to train AI models
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiry or booking
- To review and follow up on contributor applications
- To send you information you explicitly requested
- To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, request correction, request deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply weaker protections to data collected under a prior version.
